伴君如伴虎。。。

今天接近放工的时候我的Manager Ms A 找我聊了很多。。。聊公司明年的一些方向。。。要怎样帮公司接更多的生意。。。坦白讲我是真的希望可以帮忙公司赚钱。。。我也很理解Ms A 现在的状况。。。她刚回来公司三个月。。。之前在我们公司做了三年过后离职今年又回来升级当Manager 。。。我另外一个Manager Mr K 已经是56岁做多几年就是退休了！很肯定以后Malacca Office 就是Ms A 在打理。。。Ms A 想尽办法的充实自己想在Mr K 宣布退休之前可以准备好接任Branch Manager 的这个重任。。。Ms A 跟我很好，算是无话不谈吧！我明白有时候她承受压力需要找人来聊，　我也很乐意扮演这样的角色。。。不过有时候会让我觉得伴君如伴虎，　就好像今天 聊着聊着 突然Ms A 问我“Grace 啊！你想要公司在年尾给你多少的Incrememt ?" Walao , 对一个普通员工的我来说这真的是很难回答的问题。。。

当然Increment 不是Ms A 一个人就可以决定的事情还要Mr K propose 给在Germany 的大老板agree 了才可以实行。。。对于Ms A 的问题我用了很婉转的方式回答她。。。老实说我对现在我所拥有的工作很满意，目前为止我真的没有任何的要求。。。当然我不可能这样告诉Ms A 如果她以后都不加我薪水了怎么办？然而我又不可以告诉她我理想要加到的薪水是RM XXXX.....对不对？可以了解我现在的处境吗？哈哈。。。其实真的不是什么大问题只是Ms A 的处理方式很直接。。。有时候她告诉我的东西还要为她搓一把冷汗。。。真谢谢她对我的信任。。。但是我还是觉得适当的保持上属和下属的距离比较好。。。因为我不知道几时自己的一时口快踩到她的尾巴就不好咯！

对于现在的工作量我真的非常满意。。。可以说是很不错，不！应该是说很好的待遇了！我真心的祝福公司会越来越好全体员工（包括德国那里的同事）都很开心的在TCS 上班，TCS 的顾客可以跟我们继续长久的合作。。。希望有一天可以跟德国的同事碰面相信场面一定很感人。。。因为时常跟他们通电话就是从来没有看过他们的脸。。。希望他们可以来Malaysia 看我因为我不希望我去德国是为了工作。。。我宁愿存够钱跟Honey 去德国旅行也不要公司出机票给我去德国Training 还是Working 。。。我说过我不会再自己一个人搭飞机了。。。要搭飞机就要和Honey 一起搭。。。我又好像扯太远了。。。好啦！以下就是关于一些我Company 的Profile ...
