材料 Ingredients:
马斯卡彭芝士/ Mascarpone Cheese: 250g
蛋黄 / Egg Yolk: 1
细砂糖/caster sugar: 60g
吉利丁粉/Gelatin powder : 1 teaspoon
鲜奶油 /Whipping Cream : 120 ml
手指饼干(垫底和夹心用) /lady finger or sponge finger(for bottom and filling) : 120g
浓缩咖啡/Espresso : 50ml
RUM 酒 :50ml (不需用完)
可可粉适量,糖粉适量(仅为装饰) / cocoa powder: a little, icing sugar: a little (for decoration)
以上的材料是我在Internet 抄下来的,但是我没有100% 跟足分量,加一些减一些的 。。。单看材料单是不会很明白的所以我拍了一张材料的合照这也是我在Internet找食谱面对的问题之一,材料单有了但是真真要买材料的时候你就会面对一些问题。。。到底是不是用这个牌子的Mascaponce ? Rum 酒是怎样的?什么是手指饼干?对,没错! 对那些常做烘焙的高手来说这真的是很白痴的问题,但是对我这样的新手真的很需要照片来参考咯!

烘焙店的老板娘有建议我说可以用他们有卖的Tiramisu Mix, 就是那种一包Tiramisu 粉全部材料掺好了的可以省去很多麻烦。。。我可以对任何事情都没有要求但是对与做这些烘焙的玩意我却不可以没有要求所以我没有选择她的建议。。。我选择自己做,不用快速的方法。。。好啦! 说了这么多现在要开始做咯!Honey 依然是我的得力厨房助手哈哈。。。我先把蛋黄和细沙糖隔热水溶化。。。

I got that same Philip mixer! I made something with cream cheese and condensed milk on digestive biscuit with melted butter base last night.......
its still NOT SET this morning!! sob2
will go back tonight, scrape off the topping and mixed it somemore with gelatine!! and keep my fingers and toes crossed that it will be firm enough to slice and serve... otherwise I am gonna spoon it out straight from the pan and eat it! LOL!
